Delete your account
This permanently deletes your MyBusinessBook account and all associated data — your shop profile, customers, KYC details, pledged-item photos, loans, and payment history. To protect against mistakes and unauthorised requests, we verify your phone number and schedule deletion 60 days in advance.
How it works
- Verify your account phone number with a one-time code (OTP).
- Confirm by typing your shop name.
- Your account is locked immediately and deletion is scheduled for 60 days later.
- You can cancel any time during those 60 days to restore access. We email reminders 15 days and 3 days before deletion.
- After 60 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
